Summary As the Closing Team Leader , you’ll play a pivotal role in
ensuring smooth operations during the closing hours of our store.
With your leadership skills and operational expertise, you’ll guide
the team to meet goals, maintain standards, and create a seamless
end-of-day process. What You’ll Be Doing Your responsibilities will
include: - Leading and motivating the closing team to achieve
operational excellence. - Overseeing end-of-day procedures,
ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. - Maintaining a
clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Monitoring inventory
and assisting in restocking or organizing as needed. - Addressing
any challenges or issues that arise during closing hours. -
Communicating effectively with management to provide updates and
feedback. What We’re Looking For To excel in this role, you’ll
need: - 5 years of experience in a leadership or operational role,
preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment. - Strong
organizational and problem-solving skills. - The ability to lead by
