ordinary- it is about creating a memorable atmosphere for our
visitors. As a Tickets Associate, your role involves providing
guest services and handling cash or credit transactions for
merchandise or services. Location: Luna Park in Coney Island, 1000
Surf Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11224, USA Job Description: Embrace a
warm and friendly attitude, ensuring every customer feels welcomed
and appreciated. Take charge of greeting guests with a smile, and
handling orders and requests. Ability to process payments with
detail and minimal errors and follow cash-handling procedures
diligently. Provide current park information to our guests and
knowledgeable on ticket structure and pricing, coupons, promotions,
opening and closing times, park rules, park policies, park
procedures, park amenities, etc. Responsible for working in various
locations within the park and must be knowledgeable in all assigned
workstations. Master computerized cash registers to ensure smooth
and accurate sales transactions. Collaborate with others and lend a
helping hand when needed and as advised by supervisors and/or
managers. Be proactive in identifying and resolving customer
requests, creating a positive and seamless experience. Use
effective sales techniques to increase sales transactions and
contribute to the overall success of the team. Maintain impeccable
cleanliness and organization in your work area, upholding our
commitment to a tidy and inviting environment. Uphold the highest
standards by following all CAI policies and procedures, ensuring a
safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Requirements: Previous
experience in cash handling or customer service is a plus. Friendly
and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Ability to engage with guests and create a positive, memorable
experience. Basic math skills for handling transactions and
providing change. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell
products. Flexibility to work independently and/or as part of a
team. Availability to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and
evenings as needed. Physical stamina for standing and moving
throughout the shift. Must be outgoing, friendly, courteous, and
honest. Able to work in all weather conditions. Must be able to
