Job Title: PeopleSoft Human Resource Developer
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Hartford, CT-Remote
Note:


  • It would be preferred one day a week onsite, if local . If not local, then fully remote is considered.

    Job Description:
    The Core-Client Human Resource support team needs to supplement its team with an experienced developer to assist with the HCM and Pension modules handling development issues.

    Assignments will be given, and the developer will determine/recommend solutions to the issue based upon the requirements from an analyst and/or business owner. Once the recommendation is approved then develop the solution, unit test, hand to an analyst to validate/test until the desired outcome has been achieved and document the solution. The developer must follow Core-CT's design and documentation standards. The developer must also have knowledge of all integration points between HR, Payroll, Pension, Benefits, and the PeopleSoft Financial application. Preferred knowledge of public sector accounting and principles.

    Specific Services Required:


    • Must have experience with integration functionality between HR, Benefits, Payroll and Pension.

      Activities:


      • Develop code or update code/configuration for HR, payroll, Pension and Benefits.
      • Unit, integration, and validation testing of all code development.
      • Development and or troubleshoot for HR, payroll, Pension and Benefits.
      • Document code and solution.
      • Willingness to share knowledge in these areas.


        Required Skills / Experience:


        • A minimum of 4-6 years' experience in PeopleSoft 9.2+ Human Resources.
        • A minimum of 4-6 years' experience with PeopleSoft applications and the following tools: PeopleTools 8.56, Component Interfaces, SQR, BI Publisher and PLSQL Developer.
        • Experience with SQL.
        • Strong analytical, written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
        • Ability to share knowledge with functional and development staff.
        • Strong interpersonal skills.

        • High level of influence and credibility.
        • Strategic thinking ability, with an analytical approach to problem solving.
