The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work
of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities
are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on
behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member
organization.
With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our
own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance
management system, service recognition programs and other common
practices across the system. Position Summary: In this role, the HR
Business Partner will execute on human resources strategies to
support the needs of several different business lines within the
SSO. Partners directly with SVPs and VPs and serve as a consultant
to these business leaders on talent strategy, organizational design
and effectiveness, executive leadership coaching, workforce
planning, employee relations, and conflict resolution Position
Responsibilities:
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Acts as a strategic thought partner to several different
business lines within the SSO. Partners directly with leadership on
talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational design and
development and employee relations
- Leverages partnerships and business acumen to enable the
creation and implementation of strategies in alignment with
business priorities and goals
- Builds productive relationships with internal stakeholders and
clients on all levels to drive business and HR strategy
- Fosters leadership success as a proactive thought partner
anticipating the business strategy and serve as a consultant during
periods of change management, as well as leverage business data,
metrics and external market insights to inform decisions
- Coaches and consults on organizational design, talent strategy
and management issues, as well as challenging and/or influencing
decision-making processes
- Streamlines and implements new processes to create speed,
efficiency and agility within the organization
- Develops thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity
and inclusion in talent attraction, development and retention

President, Human Resources Qualifications Requirements and
Specifications: Education Minimum:
- Bachelor's Degree in human resource management or business
administration or closely related field with equivalent training
and experience Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in human resource management or business
- Master's degree in HR management, Organizational Behavior
Experience
- Minimum 10 years working in a human resources business partner
role collaborating with senior leaders
- Progressive experience as an HR Business Partner with
capability in strategy development, organizational design and
talent management.
- Strong consultative skills and ability to influence without
authority
- Ability to think strategically and navigate
frequently-changing, fast-paced matrix environments
- Credible, proactive and trusted thought-partner who has built
relationships and delivered results
- Ability to thrive within ambiguity and drive complex
projects
- Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to adjust
style across a variety of stakeholders License, Certification,
Registration Minimum: None Preferred: SHRM, SPHR Knowledge, Skills
and Ability Requirements:

a constructive and timely manner.
- Must be able to prioritize, organize, plan, and execute work
activities in an efficient, timely manner.

and resolve them via effectively utilizing available
resources.

- Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally
with employees, members of the HR team, leadership and in group
presentations and meetings.
