A company is looking for a Corporate Mortgage Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
Source top talent through networking, social media, and innovative
recruiting strategies
Screen and evaluate job applicant resumes and conduct initial phone
interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and
maintain compliance with hiring requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred (HR or related field) or equivalent
work experience
Proven experience in high-volume recruiting within a fast-paced
environment
Mortgage loan originator recruiting experience preferred
Strong expertise in recruiting tools, social media, and
networking
Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities effectively
