Job Description:
Human Resources Coordinator Overview: As the Human Resources
Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting HR functions
while delivering an exceptional employee experience. This position
offers an opportunity to make meaningful connections and create a
lasting impact in a vibrant hospitality environment. Salary Range:
$65-75k Work modality: hybrid - 3 days in office (Stamford, CT) / 2
days from home Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete onboarding
process from candidate to new hire, including welcome
communications, IT coordination, and compliance documentation
Support benefits administration by processing enrollments, changes,
and addressing employee questions Ensure compliance with employment
laws and company policies across multiple jurisdictions Maintain
accurate employee records in the HRIS system Organize internal
events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs
Assist the HR team with administrative tasks, compliance efforts,
and special projects Serve as the primary point of contact for
employee inquiries related to HR programs Contribute to process
improvement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience
Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: 1 years of
experience in an HR Coordinator or People Operations role Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced
environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High
attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset Ability to work
independently and prioritize effectively Proactive and adaptable
approach to challenges and process improvement Experience with HRIS
systems
