currently undergoing transformation and the key to success is our
people as well as our culture. Responsible for delivery of
strategic and operational HR initiatives across each business area
and at all levels of the organization, in support of our business
strategy, transformation and performance execution. Oversee key
leader and employee-facing HR areas, including: HR Business
Partners, OMS area HR team, Employee Relations and Investigations,
and Labor Relations. Strong influencing role with the HR CoEs to
ensure all employee touchpoints are philosophically and
operationally aligned and delivering a common experience regardless
of business group, level, or unique need. Develop a deep
understanding of all business areas and regions, including
strategic objectives, long-term plans, and financial performance;
translate knowledge of the business into a people strategy,
ensuring right organizational structure, and employees with the
right capabilities and behaviors are in the right roles for maximum
delivery. Drive key people initiatives across business groups and
regions, including organizational design and effectiveness,
workforce planning, recruitment, engagement, compensation designs
and roadmaps, talent assessments, succession planning, career
progression paths, leadership development, and organizational
health analytics. Lead change management plans for key
organizational changes, ensuring our leadership, professional
services and frontline teams remain focused and fully equipped to
drive business success and deliver a superior customer and employee
experience. Partner with peer organizations (Legal, Finance,
Communications, Corporate Administration, IT) to provide a
consistent, and disciplined experience across the employee
lifecycle. Foster a culture of engagement, employee success,
continuous improvement, action, urgency, and discipline, with
continuous data-driven decision making and performance measurement.
Partner with senior leaders and HR team to identify development
needs and skill gaps for key individuals and/or roles within the
organization; work with the talent team or appropriate resources to
address gaps and deliver learning and development solutions.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related
field required; JD preferred but not required. 10 years of
progressive HR experience, including prior experience in a
strategic HR business partner role working with senior executives
in a transformation-focused organization; labor relations and union
workforce management experience strongly preferred. Experience in a
frontline focused, geographically distributed consumer business
strongly preferred. Skilled at developing executive relationships;
managing multiple simultaneously complex projects and developing
key people strategies around business objectives. Strong business
and financial acumen, along with negotiation skills. Ability to
build and maintain credibility and trusted relationships with
employees and leaders across all levels, roles, and business areas.
Exceptional influencing skills, coupled with a deep understanding
of business dynamics and the critical role talent plays in
delivering a superior customer experience. Ability to be seen as a
consultative advisor with utmost integrity capable of making
timely, effective, principles-based decisions. Strong analytical
skills with the ability to use and interpret multiple data sources
to both guide and validate decisions. Demonstrable knowledge and
practical application of HR disciplines including employment and
labor laws, employee relations, talent acquisition, management &
leadership development, performance management, organization design
and compensation philosophies. Results orientation with the ability
to quickly identify problems and use initiative and sound judgment
to drive solutions to complex people issues and deliverables.

law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related
factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay
rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location
is $242,760.00 - $346,800.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein
is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect
future job opportunity.
