Job Description:
Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Recruiter to join our growing team and support full life cycle
recruiting efforts across our corporate office, as well as our
residential and commercial real estate portfolio. This in-office
role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and
hiring managers to identify top talent while enhancing the overall
candidate experience. Key Responsibilities of the Recruiter: Manage
the full recruitment life cycle for a wide range of roles,
including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and
offer management. Review incoming applications and resumes to
identify qualified candidates. Schedule and conduct interviews with
candidates; support hiring managers with interview coordination and
feedback collection. Maintain job postings across multiple
platforms and ensure all are up-to-date and optimized for
visibility. Assist in extending offer letters, initiating
background checks, and processing candidate onboarding materials.
Track candidate progress through the applicant tracking system
(ATS) and ensure accurate documentation. Partner with the Director
of Recruiting on special projects, reporting, and strategy
initiatives. Provide administrative support related to recruiting,
including correspondence with candidates, interview scheduling,
calendar management, and file organization. Qualifications of the
Recruiter: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a
related field preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and
internal stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar
with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
