Job Description:
Chief Human Resources Officer CFS has partnered with a
non-profit organization who is seeking an experienced Chief Human
Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead all aspects of HR strategy and
operations. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the executive team,
the CHRO will shape a strong organizational culture grounded in
equity, ethics, and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Drive HR
strategy aligned with agency goals, including DEI, recruitment, and
retention Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance (FLSA,
ERISA, EEOC, etc.) Lead performance management, career development,
and succession planning Supervise HR team and partner with
leadership on organizational planning Ensure data integrity, system
compliance, and budget oversight Qualifications: Master's degree in
HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred 10 years of HR
leadership experience, ideally in nonprofit or healthcare Proven
track record in talent strategy, compliance, and employee
engagement Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skills Experience with HR systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now) and MS
Office Suite
