Job Description Job Description Summary: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position in a long-term care/nursing home setting specializing in geriatrics. The nurse will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, collaborate with healthcare providers, and ensure accurate documentation. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care to residents while working within a supportive and stable leadership team environment Requirements: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license 1 year of experience preferred (new graduates considered) Experience or interest in geriatrics/long-term care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills Shift Details: Shift: Overnight (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Hours: 32–40 hours per week Overtime Pay: Available Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
