accessible to everyone, everywhere. Reporting to the Director of
Global Business Operations, the Lead Global Program Manager will
drive forward complex initiatives to expand and deepen our global
capabilities, ensuring we can build the most comprehensive mental
health solution for our members and customers. This remote role is
part of the Global Operations team and plays a critical role in
executing cross-functional programs that directly support
company-wide strategic and financial objectives. For this role, we
are only considering candidates based on the East Coast. Candidates
must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours and attend occasional
in-person meetings in NYC. What you'll do: Lead end-to-end program
builds—from early scoping and roadmap creation to execution,
delivery, and iteration—across high-impact global initiatives Serve
as the central driver for programs that span functions including
Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and the Revenue
organization Translate company goals into coordinated operational
strategies and frameworks that scale Manage progress, surface
risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and
high-quality delivery Serve as a thought partner to executive
stakeholders, building clear narratives and presentations for
leadership forums Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure
seamless integration of new processes and global capabilities
Continuously evolve program strategy based on results, learnings,
and business needs What success looks like: High-impact programs
delivered on time and aligned with broader company objectives
Direct contribution to financial outcomes, including improved COGS
and gross margin performance Measurable operational improvements
tied to each program's specific goals Executive trust and
cross-functional alignment around key initiatives Scalable
playbooks and repeatable processes established for future global
programs What you'll bring: 6 years of experience in operations or
program management, ideally in a fast-paced, cross-functional
environment Proven ability to independently lead complex programs
with multiple workstreams and stakeholders Strong executive
presence, with experience presenting to and aligning senior leaders
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; thrives in
matrixed environments Analytical mindset with ability to translate
data into insights and drive action Track record of building
scalable solutions that align with financial and strategic goals
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; background in
healthcare is a plus The target base salary range for this position
is $110,000 - $142,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards
package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from
the target range and is determined by a number of factors including
experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant
business considerations. We review all employee pay and
compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation
Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay. Benefits
