The Student Outreach and Development team, as co-lead by the Student Development Specialist and Marketing Specialist, is focused on promoting Guzool as an exceptional place to work and building a robust and diverse pipeline of outstanding student candidates. Through the leadership of the Student Development Specialist, (s)he and the Student Outreach & Development Team will be "cultivating the next generation of global staffing talent, planning for our continued growth, building campus relationship programs (i.e.: Brand Ambassadors/Campus Ambassadors, Internships, etc) and the relationships with program participants. As a leader and visionary of Guzool you have an eye on the organization's short and long term growth needs and the pulse of the broader hiring landscape. You are scrappy and resourceful, creative and driven and excited to empower the future ahead through your time at Guzool. Responsibilities: Partner with target school faculty and Guzool business leaders to develop and implement strategic campus presence and briefing session to attract students Develop and continuously build relationships with campus faculty to drive Guzool loyalty Define and develop innovative university attraction strategies and manage hiring activities, delivering an efficient and effective service to all involved in the hiring process Help maintain sourcing channels, especially on social media, and encourage employees to refer their friends to Guzool Distribute promotional materials to fellow students and display posters and fliers Write and post positions to job boards, update applicant tracking, and maintain recruiting systems Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred plus minimum of 3 years’ experience in a combination of recruiting and/or sourcing roles acquiring talent Experience managing and leading the end to end recruiting process for high volume recruiting, preferably gained within a software company Excellent communication and organizational skills Full of passion and good multi-task management skills ATTENTION! - NOTICE - PLEASE BE AWARE - THIS IS A DEMO JOB POSTING!
