Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to own the entire
hiring lifecycle across our various departments. You’ll partner
closely with stakeholders throughout the business to understand
current and future people needs, and work cross-functionally to
make sure we’ll be able to meet our targets. You’ll be responsible
for working with Recruiting Marketing to create a vast and steady
pipeline of potential team members. This is a great opportunity for

candidates' first and constant point of contact Source, engage, and
nurture relationships with passive talent: you hate thoughtless
reachouts and love thoughtful persistence Advise hiring managers on
hiring strategies and processes that are transparent, data-driven,
and results-oriented Own much more than just day-to-day candidate
management; you love building out initiatives and analyzing data to
drive successful talent operations and programs Keep diversity top
of mind and continually seeking ways to discover and engage with
talent from underrepresented backgrounds to drive our values
forward You'll love this job if You've been involved in day-to-day
recruiting and it's where your heart lies, but you want to expand
your leadership capabilities by being more involved in strategy and

both a natural learner and mentor You've been involved with or want
to be involved with D&I initiatives and, as a recruiter, feel a
sense of ownership for increasing representation in tech
Qualifications 5 years experience in full-cycle recruiting across
different roles (you can negotiate an offer and compare potential
equity packages in your sleep) Experience at a tech startup or
other high-growth environment (you're scrappy and results-driven)
Experience driving recruiting strategy and/or execution of major
recruiting initiatives (ex: employer brand, engineering interviewer
training, etc.) Experience analyzing recruiting data and/or
building out reports We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools
to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing
applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These
tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human
judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If
