Full time Director of Recruitment - 1041 A growing healthcare company is seeking a Director of Recruitment to join their team. Responsibilities Include: Lead the recruitment efforts for both office and field roles within the company. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage qualified candidates. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Ideal Qualifications: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High energy and enthusiasm for attracting and engaging talent. Ability to read people, assess skills, and make effective hiring decisions. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
