You Will Do: The Executive Administrative Assistant provides
high-level administrative and communications support across the
daily operations of the Pratt & Whitney Office of the President. In
this fast-paced and highly visible role, you will help enable
executive leadership to operate efficiently by managing priorities,
coordinating critical activities, and ensuring seamless
communication and organization across teams. This role is based
onsite five (5) days per week at our East Hartford, CT campus. Key
Responsibilities: Manage complex executive calendars including
scheduling internal and external meetings and coordinating video
and audio conferencing. Coordinate global travel arrangements and
logistics including collaboration with RT Flight and Global
Security. Maintain awareness of executive priorities and business
activities to anticipate scheduling and operational needs. Prepare
executives for daily and long-term activities including meeting
preparation, document coordination, and calendar prioritization.
Collaborate with executive assistants and leaders across Pratt &
Whitney and RTX to manage real-time calendar adjustments and
scheduling conflicts. Serve as a professional point of contact
representing the Office of the President to internal and external
stakeholders. Manage incoming calls and correspondence, determining
priority and routing inquiries appropriately. Coordinate meeting
logistics including food and beverage arrangements for executive
and leadership meetings. Prepare and review expense reports and
administrative documentation with timely submission. Recommend and
implement administrative processes that improve operational
efficiency for the Office of the President. Qualifications You Must
Have: Associate’s degree with 10 years of relevant administrative
or executive support experience; OR Bachelor's degree with 8 years
of relevant experience. Qualifications We Prefer: Experience
supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership within a large,
complex organization. Excellent computer skills, including strong
working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Outlook,
PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment, remaining agile and adaptable as
priorities shift. Strong executive presence, professionalism, and
sound judgment when interacting with senior leaders, internal
partners, and external stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly

Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all
production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the
development of our engines. As part of our commitment to
maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to

our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated
as on-site, hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is
66,800 USD - 127,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith
estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers
several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited
to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a
candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a

structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application
