You Are:

A seasoned developer with strong leadership skills and a talent for shepherding projects along in a timely and efficient manner so that companies can do more. Communication and relationship-building skills? You have both in spades and you use them to identify requirements, craft solutions, and get clients to green light proposals. You're not daunted by complex problems, thanks to your next-level analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, and you are a great at bringing out the best in team members.

The Work:

  • Write code as part of creating a custom platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, front-end web technologies), as well as integrations with back-office systems (often using middleware tools), and sophisticated data migrations
  • Work with team members to assess business requirements and then tailor solutions using the Force.com platform
  • Build Force.com solutions that follow strict guidelines and meet the highest standards
  • Review code written by your peers
  • Participate in development work streams, from design through testing and rollout, and work with junior team members offshore and onshore as needed


    • Keep up good relationships and rapport with clients to spot and solve risks, and give timely project updates
    • Lead small software development projects, helping to estimate work and staffing resources, and deciding on the schedule
    • Help with getting applications live, as well as with handing applications off and setting up clients for long-term success by giving them the knowledge they need


      For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.When/if travel resumes, travel for this roleis expected to be 25% or less.

      Here's What You Need:

      • A minimum of 2years experiencewith web application development including JavaScript, CSS, or HTML5


        • At least 6 months experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform including: Lightning components using the Lightning design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, and declarative platform tools. (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.)
        • A minimum of 1 year exposure to Salesforce.com APEX data loader and integrations
        • At least 6 months exposure to leading/mentoring junior developers
        • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If you have an Associate's Degree, you must have a minimum of 6 years' work experience)


          Bonus Points If:

          • You have the following Salesforce credentials: Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification, Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification, Salesforce Lightning Component Framework and Salesforce Lightning Experience Specialist (Trailhead Super Badge for both)
          • Demonstrated ability in prototyping InVision or similar
          • You have experience with common JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, etc.
          • Knowledge in developing for Salesforce Communities and Lightning App Builder
          • You're up to speed on Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce.com, either through working at industry participants or advising to the industry


            As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Coloradoonly, the range of starting pay for this role is $72,400 - $114,499 andinformation on benefits offered is here.
