Job Description:
This remote opportunity (local to Boston) is for an ambitious
engineer looking to make a difference in the Medical and Healthcare
space, to bring life changing treatment to all those suffering from
kidney disease. Joining a newly created function, you'll be
initially getting up-to-speed on the technology before setting out
to troubleshoot used needs and improve the product as a whole! Main
Responsibilities: Conducting remote machine diagnostics the tools
for installed systems in a clinical setting and home-based
environment. Categorizing levels of repair required - whether the
works can be completed in situ, need an engineer visit or confirm
the need to return product back to base for the repairs team.
Promptly completing diagnostics and preparing suitable summary
report with good technical arguments that explain the system
behavior, diagnostics completed, recommendations and conclusions.
Experience Required Strong engineering background (Master's+) or
hands-on system-level troubleshooting experience, delivering
mechanical, electronic or software diagnostics to fix problems
found in complex devices. Engineering background with natural
curiosity and a strong analytical mind and ability to solve
problems effectively Interpersonal skills that allow you to work
within and contribute to a diverse team Experience of, or strong
desire to, working to the requirements of a Quality Management
System (ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485) is desirableby Jobble
