Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)The selected candidate must have software development experience specific to Contact Center Technology - Genesys platform and it is ideal if you also have healthcare industry background.In this role you will be doing development and software engineering using Genesys Suite of technologies with specialization in Genesys Frameworkm ( Genesys CTI, Genesys SIP, Genesys Composer, ORS (Orchestration Server), Genesys OCS, Genesys Workspace, Genesys Eservices.)You will design and Develop Routing Applications for Voice and Multi-Channel using Composer / IRD, SCXML is a must and VXML will be of added advantage. -Ideal candidates will be proficient in tools like CCpulse, GAX (Genesys Administrator Extension), GA(Genesys Administrator). -Database knowledge pertaining to SQL and Cassandra will be considered a plus. Having a solid knowledge in SDLC. • 5+ years of Routing Development experience in Genesys Contact Center Solutions (Voice, IVR and Multi-channel)
• 5+ years of experience with Configuration management tools
• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing and debugging routing solutions using Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine and URS
• 1+ years of Server side experience on Asp.net, C#, MVC, Web API and SQL server
• 1+ years of client technologies: HTML, XML, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery & Angular JS
• 1+ years of solid working knowledge of Genesys/Cisco Framework, reporting, routing and multi-channel components
• Experience in troubleshooting routing issues in production on call
• Experience in developing Routing workflows using Composer
• Should have executed the complete SDLC on projects using Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5, 4.0 or Higher
• Ability to architect routing design and development for the customerPreferred Qualifications:
  • Genesys certification in Routing
  • Experience on Build automation tools such as Anthill Pro, XL Deploy, and Jenkins to support CI / CD approach

The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
