What You Will Do :
The Oracle ERP Cloud Manager will be responsible for managing the Digital Transformation and implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project in compliance with the Oracle Cloud Implementation Methodology and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) as well as provide personnel on demand for specific types of support that is required to ensure successful digital transformation and delivery of the project.
You will be responsible for overseeing the migrating of legacy HCM (PeopleSoft 9.0) and Financials (JD Edwards World 9.1A) "on-prem" hosted systems to Oracle HCM and Financials Cloud. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible to oversee the integration of Oracle ERP Cloud with other third-party (on-prem and cloud hosted) systems, and services providers, data conversion from legacy systems, and data warehousing solution for legacy/archived data reporting. The candidate will also identify and mitigate any risks throughout the project(s) s/he manages. Specifically, s/he will be responsible for deliverables at every phase of the software implementation lifecycle such as:



  • Understands customer requirements and helps translate them into project deliverables and milestones


  • Responsible for project governance, stewardship, financial management and project planning


  • Owns the creation and updating of relevant project documentation including:


  • Customer Project Plan


  • Change Management Process


  • Risk Mitigation Plan


  • Project Budget


  • Project Status Reporting (Core team and Steering Committee levels)


  • Project Schedules & Meeting Logistics


  • Manages successful project closure and executes the hand-off processes and communication.


    What You Will Need :


    • The successful candidate will have proven PMO experience migrating from Legacy Systems (Oracle EBA, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards) to Oracle ERP Cloud. Experience performing similar migrations in federal agencies . The candidate will provide oversight and be accountable for quality of services and deliverables.


    • Requirements:


    • Intimate functional and technical knowledge and understanding of the Oracle EBS product suite.


    • Intimate business process knowledge associated with the different Oracle EBS Financials and HCM modules.


    • Developing strategy; as well as writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management.


    • Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.


    • Ensures delivered solutions are realized in time frame committed; works in conjunction with project owners to size, scope and identify risk.


    • Ensures delivered solutions meets technical and functional/non-functional performance requirements within.


    • Manage day to day PMO challenges and communicate with Development teams on any associated risks or issues


    • Clearly communicate Expectations, Roles and Responsibilities to team members and hold them accountable to meet the expectations


    • Client-facing experience in a consulting environment among mid-level to senior leadership


    • Must have at least ten (10) experience as the project manager for one or more ERP projects.


    • Must have at least three (3) years of experience as the project manager for one or more of Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.


    • US Citizenship is contractually required for this role.


    • Degree:


    • Holds a four-year degree from an accredited college or university.


      What Would Be Nice To Have :


      • Formal Program/Project Management training & certification required or in pursuit of CAPM/PMP certification.


      • Understanding of project financial and budgetary principals.


      • Functionally astute in using project management software (MS project, Excel, Visio) other analytical and statistical software packages and tools.


        The annual salary range for this position is $95,100.00-$190,200.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
