Job Description:

40 hours , possible of extension

Information Technology Services Team is looking for resource to provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for Microsoft Office 365 issues. CTECS is interested in purchasing a block of hours (40) to be utilized on an as needed basis for issues related to Office 365 administration and advanced configuration of Active Directory, Azure, Azure Active Directory Connect, Exchange, E-Discovery, DNS, Microsoft System Center, Security and related technologies. (NOT end user applications Word/Excel/PowerPoint, etc.),
Vendor resource needs to have a minimum of five years of experience in the specified technology and have applicable Microsoft certification(s).
Consideration will be given to a vendor who has experience in/of the current CTECS Office 365 environment.
