Responsibilities:

• Drive large initiatives and define clear paths to complex requirements.
• Create best practices in reviews, standards, and insights.
• Architect and launch solutions for review flows and data provision.
• Provide input on team roadmap and technical direction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to adopt team goals.
• Build efficient and scalable backend solutions.Technical Requirements:
• Experience in designing and building large-scale systems.
• Technical leadership and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in backend server languages (Go/Ruby/Java/Kotlin).
• Expertise in storage systems like relational databases and NoSQL.Qualifications:
• 5-8+ years of engineering experience.
• NYC office-based role.
• Preference for candidates with startup experience.
