more secure world. Raytheon's SWCM department is hiring a Senior
Software Configuration Management Engineer, to work onsite in
Tewksbury, MA. - The Software Configuration Management (SWCM)
department establishes and maintains integrity for all digital
products throughout the entire life cycle. - SWCM provides
innovative solutions through automation, continuous improvement,
and a skilled workforce providing support for all digital computing
products: embedded software, firmware/configurable logic, test
equipment, simulation, Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and tools. -
Additionally, SWCM is responsible for administration and user
access for Change and Configuration Management toolsets What you
will do: - Design, plan, enforce and coordinate CM and tool
processes and procedures - Configuration Planning & Identification,
Change Management & Version Control - Status Accounting &
Configuration Audits - Manage digital product development/media
libraries - Document and maintain guidelines and standards for
dependency management, build and versioning - SWCM Tool
administration / manage all access to tool applications (i.e.
Microsoft Azure DevOps Server (ADS), Git, BitBucket, JIRA,
Confluence - Administer/manage/use DevSecOps tools like Coverity,
Artifactory, Jenkins, Nexus, GitLab CI/CD, Bamboo - Facilitate the
Digital Change Review Boards (DCRBs) - Maintain familiarity with
program schedule, budget, identifying risks and aligning work to
promote reuse and efficiency - Coordination of data transfers,
courier support among various environments - Lead coordination of
various digital product releases and interface with functional and
program leadership ensuring on-time delivery and ensuring
configuration management execution in multi-environment areas. -
Follow RTX Policies and Directives in accordance with established
program documentation and work instructions under close direction
of SWCM Team Lead and/or Section Leader. - Work onsite at Tucson,
AZ. Qualifications You Must Have: - Typically requires a Bachelor’s
in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM
preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering
experience. - Experience with version control and change
management/agile planning tools - Software Configuration Management
technology, Information Technology (IT), and/or
development/scripting experience - Experience with Windows and
Unix/Linux Operating Systems - Active and transferable U.S.

eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer: -
Advanced knowledge in Software Configuration Management principles,
process, and implementation/execution - Solving complex problems,
sharing knowledge, and documenting work - Experience with SWCM
tools (Microsoft Azure DevOps Server (ADS) - Git, BitBucket, IBM
Rational Team Concert (RTC), and/or IBM Rational ClearCase,
Synergy, Jenkins, Artifactory - Experience with scripting
programming languages (i.e., Perl, shell, batch, Python, Ruby, or
YAML) - Experience with Continuous Improvement, Continuous
Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), GitFlow, and Agile
concepts - Database / SWCM tool administration experience -
Experience with software industry best practices such as Capability
Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) - Proven collaboration and
effective communication with individuals and cross functional

salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an
