Job Description:
Global Financial Firm located in Rutherford, NJ has an immediate
contract opportunity for an experienced Oracle Developer "This role
is currently on a Hybrid Schedule. You will need to have reliable
internet, computer and android or iPhone for remote access into the
client systems during remote work. We will be expected in the
office weekly 3 days depending on the team requirement. Video/ f2f
interviews are required prior to all offers . Pay rate range:
$64.00 - $75.00 Negotiable based upon years of experience Oracle
Developer Job Background/context: Client Personal Wealth Management
application team is responsible for designing, building and
enhancing applications used to support Client Private Bank and
Personal Wealth Management business. This role is for a hands-on
senior Technical specialist to develop and support mission critical
portfolio management & trading applications for the global 24x6
business. Key Responsibilities: Interact with business to
understand the business requirements Collaborate with peers on
leveraging the global data strategy and initiatives for robust,
scalable solutions. Provide technical direction, with innovative
ideas and creative solutions Knowledge/Experience: 5 years of
Oracle database, SQL, PL/SQL design and development experience and
experience in Brokerage or investment technology preferred. SQL
Server experience is plus. Experience in Operational Data Store
(ODS) and Data Warehouse applications. Experience with large scale
databases, large volume of data s and performance tuning Experience
with source code management tools such as SVN, Git/Bit-bucket
