eligible to work in the US. Your Role: Join us in transforming the
future of drug and materials discovery as our Executive Leader in
Software. In this pivotal role, you will drive the strategy and
growth of our software business, focusing on innovative solutions
for manufacturing and discovery in a regulated environment. Your
responsibilities will include defining a multi-year strategy and
P&L management, fostering partnerships with internal
stakeholders and external organizations, and leading an agile,
globally distributed engineering team. You will oversee product
management from discovery to adoption, ensuring an API-first,
modular platform approach that integrates seamlessly with
enterprise systems. Champion security, compliance, and responsible
AI/ML practices while cultivating a diverse, high-performing team
culture. Your leadership will not only enhance our product
portfolio but also accelerate our impact in the industry. Who You
Are • 15 years leading enterprise software product development and
delivery; 7 years P&L or large program ownership. •
Demonstrated success building and scaling software businesses or
product lines serving global enterprises. • Deep experience with
modern software architecture (cloud-native on Azure/AWS,
microservices, event-driven systems), API management, data
platforms (lake/lakehouse), DevSecOps, SRE/observability. • Proven
track record delivering secure, compliant solutions in regulated or
highly controlled environments (life sciences, healthcare,
semiconductors, or similar). • Strong stakeholder management and
executive communication; adept at translating strategy to
measurable outcomes. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with
domains such as lab and manufacturing digital (e.g., LIMS/ELN, MES,
EBR), supply chain, R&D informatics, quality and regulatory
systems, or commercial analytics. • Familiarity with CSV/validation
practices and working with Quality/Compliance in life sciences
contexts. • Background in applying responsible AI/ML to real-world
enterprise workflows; experience with MLOps and model governance. •
MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus. Pay Range for this
position: $210,000.00 - $329,300.00 What we offer: We are curious
