President of AI, ML & GenAI Platform Engineering, you will set the
strategic direction and lead the engineering of a secure, scalable,
and enterprise-grade platform that accelerates the adoption and
impact of advanced AI and ML solutions across the organization. You
will be at the forefront of enabling MassMutual to responsibly
harness the full potential of agentic AI, LLMs, and next-generation
machine learning to drive business transformation. The Team Join a

the Future of AI at Scale: Design and deliver the core AI/ML/GenAI
platform that empowers MassMutual to rapidly prototype, deploy, and
operationalize advanced AI solutions—enabling everything from
personalized customer journeys to intelligent automation and risk
analytics - Accelerate GenAI and ML Adoption: Build and evolve a
cloud-native, multi-tenant platform that supports the full
lifecycle of machine learning and generative AI—from data ingestion
and feature engineering to model training, fine-tuning, deployment,
and monitoring - Operationalize Responsible AI: Embed robust MLOps
and LLMOps practices, governance, and ethical guardrails to ensure
transparency, compliance, and trust in all AI-driven solutions -
Drive Enterprise Transformation: Partner with senior leaders to
align AI platform capabilities with strategic business priorities,
unlocking new revenue streams, operational efficiencies, and
differentiated customer value - Lead and Inspire Top Talent:
Attract, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing team of
AI/ML engineers and platform specialists. Foster a culture of
innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning - Advance the
State of the Art: Stay ahead of emerging trends in agentic AI,
retrieval-augmented generation, multi-modal models, and next-gen ML
architectures. Champion the integration of cutting-edge research
into scalable, production-ready solutions - Catalyze Collaboration:
Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with product, research,
and business stakeholders to ensure AI/ML/GenAI initiatives deliver
measurable business outcomes Minimum Qualifications - Advanced
degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 10
years of engineering experience, with 5 years leading AI/ML
platform or infrastructure teams - Deep expertise in AI/ML/GenAI
technologies, cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP),
MLOps/LLMOps, and modern data/ML toolchains - Proven track record
of delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML platforms and solutions -
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication
skills - Demonstrated ability to lead in a highly collaborative,
matrixed environment Preferred Qualifications - Experience in
financial services or regulated industries - Strong publication or
patent history in AI/ML/GenAI - Demonstrated success translating
