financial firm overseeing more than $30B in investment assets—is
seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in
their transition to Advent Geneva. This is an exciting opportunity
to join a collaborative, growing team and help shape the technology
that powers a leading investment organization. About the Role As a
Business Systems Analyst, you will be the bridge between business
needs and technical capabilities, ensuring teams across the front,
middle, and back office can fully leverage Advent Geneva. You’ll
work closely with stakeholders, analyze data, and support critical
functions across Fund Accounting, Investor Relations, Operations,
and Risk. What You’ll Do Partner with internal teams and external
vendors to understand, analyze, and document software features,
platform capabilities, and workflows Perform detailed data analysis
across Fund Accounting, Investor Relations, Operations, and Risk
Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and review test
cases in an Agile environment Provide hands-on user support to Fund
Accounting, Investor Relations, Portfolio & Credit Administration,
and Risk teams Support data governance and data modeling across
multiple systems Use SQL, Python, APIs, and related tools to
support reporting and data integration Work with the analytics team
to source and structure data for business consumption Collaborate
with external consultants on system implementation activities What
You Bring 6 years of Business Systems Analyst experience Extensive,
hands-on experience with Advent Geneva (required) Strong
understanding of financial markets, investment products, and
buy-side workflows (equity research, trading, portfolio management,
etc.) Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Background working
with loan IBOR, portfolio management, and performance systems
Technical proficiency with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence,
Visio/Figma, SQL, BI tools, CRM platforms, and REST APIs
