You Will Do : Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous
Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environment.
Experience with Windows Server internals or Linux fundamentals to
include DNS, DHCP, AD, and server replication methods. Experience
with data RAID, data backup uses and technologies. Install and
configure software applications requested by end users. Work with
Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements and
provide documentation and training on advanced IT processes and
procedures and other tasks as assigned. Must be able to obtain
Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification
requirements (CompTIA Security CE or equivalent certification)
within 6 months of start date. Systems are operational 24x7 and
occasionally require work effort beyond standard work hours. Travel
is required to other US Domestic locations as business needs
dictate. Frequency at 5%. Full time 100% Onsite position.
Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University
degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior
relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a
minimum of 5 years experience. Active and transferable U.S.
government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to
start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are
eligible for a security clearance. Experience with some but not
limited to, the following technologies: Windows administration,
Linux/RHEL administration, Active Directory, WSUS, VMware,
administration and networking administration experience, and
recovery enterprise suites. Experience with server architectures
and troubleshooting methods and be able to assist in developing
solutions and documentation to a variety of technical problems.
Must have experience in Microsoft Client/Server environments and
lead/mentoring experience required. Qualifications We Prefer:
VMware highly desired. Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140
/ 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security CE or
equivalent certification and an Operating System Certification).
Experience with NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS and/or DoD/RMF.
Experience with IBM AIX Operating System. Experience with Solaris
Operating System. Experience with data storage, NAS, and SAN
technologies and solutions. Experience with using Information
Technology project lifecycle management processes. Experience using
VMWare vCenter, vSphere, and ESX and/or other virtual computing
methods. Experience supporting engineers in software, simulations,
and hardware development. Experience with Microsoft WSUS, SMECP,
and/or Exchange. High Performance Computing (HPC) experience in a

remote. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500
USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a

structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application
