Job Description:

Requirements for the Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) Manager: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is required; a master's degree is advantageous. Over 10 years of experience in accounting or financial services, with leadership experience. Experience required in the CAAS domain. In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting regulations. Demonstrated ability to manage teams and direct accounting operations. Expertise in client relationship management. Strong skills in business development and sales. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Skilled in using accounting software and related technology. CPA certification is a plus. Experience in process improvement and change management is beneficial. Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based accounting platforms is preferred. Other Key Requirements: Must be local and able to work on a hybrid schedule No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
