Job Description:

Our client is a personal injury law firm located in the Hartford area. - Their area of focus is assisting clients who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents, medical mal practice, slip and fall etc. - They have a medium sized team with about 30 total employees. - They also have free parking and provide an excellent office environment. - Our client is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to add to their team. - -

  Responsibilities:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Working directly with clients whether that be over the phone or in person.
    
  • Gathering all the notes and information for the attorney to take to trial.
    
  • Handling the pre litigation of each case.
    
  • Handling 50-60 cases at a time.
    
  • Filing cases both physically and digitally in their case management software.
    
    Qualifications:
    
    
    • 
      
    • College degree in relevant area of study.
      
    • 2+ years of experience.
      
    • Plaintiff or defense work is a plus.
      
      
      Pay:
      $60,000 - $65,000
      
      Schedule:
      Mon - Fri -
      9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (one hour for lunch)
