State law practice with offices in Albany, New York City, Long
Island, and Hudson specializing in estate planning, special needs,
business planning, tax planning, elder care, and estate/trust
administration. We offer a team of exceptional people passionate
about the law and clients.Our firm is currently seeking an
energetic, reliable, motivated legal assistant with Estate Planning
and/or Estate Administration experience.Compensation:$45,000 -
$55,000 yearlyResponsibilities:High level of client contactDrafting
correspondenceManaging attorney calendarsScheduling/confirming
appointmentsMaintaining case notesQualifications:Ability to work in
a fast-paced environment with a keen sense of urgencyHighly
organized and exceptionally detail-orientedSkilled at multi-tasking
with a high degree of efficiencyStrong communication skills via
telephone, email, or in-personAbility to think critically and
proactively, and remain effective under pressureProblem-solving
capabilities with regard to workflow obstaclesCollaborative team
player as well as a self-motivated independent agentHigh degree of
professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive
informationPleasant demeanor and an outgoing personality with a
