Job Description:

Our client, a prestigious multinational law firm located in Boston's Seaport district is seeking a Client Development Specialist to join their Global Operations Team on a temporary basis covering a medical leave through the end of the year. This hybrid role requires 3 days onsite (Tues-Thurs mandatory) with free lunch or lunch stipends on those days. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with an expected start date of July 7. Pay is $40-$50/hour, depending on experience. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration. Job Responsibilities: Support business development strategies for M&A and Public Company practices. Collaborate on pitches, RFPs, marketing collateral, and customized client responses. Track and monitor client/prospect activity and competitor strategies. Partner with internal research teams for in-depth client/prospect analysis. Manage submissions for attorney rankings, surveys, and industry awards. Maintain and update marketing content including web and case materials. Analyze business development initiatives and suggest improvements. Coordinate thought leadership campaigns and identify industry partnerships. Provide backup support to other team members as needed. Candidate Qualifications: 4 years of marketing or business development experience, ideally in a law or professional services firm. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Proven ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels. High attention to detail and strong organizational and analytical skills. Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools like Dynamics or InterAction is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Professional judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information.
