Details Job Responsibilities Case Management & Support: Manage case
files from intake through resolution Coordinate with clients,
medical providers, and insurance companies Prepare and organize
discovery materials and trial exhibits Maintain detailed case
status reports and deadline calendars Legal Documentation: Review
pleadings, and settlement documents Perform (light) legal research
and factual research Assist with trial preparation Review and
analyze medical records and reports Client Relations: Serve as
point of contact for case updates Gather and verify client
information and documentation Requirements Essential
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years paralegal experience in personal
injury or litigation Proficiency with legal case management
software (PC Law experience preferred) Strong knowledge of New
Jersey court rules and procedures Excellent organizational and time
management abilities Superior written and verbal communication
skills Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to
detail Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Needles case
management system Bilingual in Polish and English Prior experience
in plaintiffs' personal injury law Familiarity with medical
