Job Description Job Description ? Busy boutique criminal defense law firm in downtown Boston seeks a new Associate to start January 1, 2024 . ? Responsibilities include coverage for routine court appearances, working with our in-house paralegal to evaluate discovery and help formulate trial strategy for Federal and State Superior Court cases, and supporting the firm's other attorneys with drafting motions and legal memoranda. ? To be considered for this position, candidates must have graduated from an accredited law school and be a licensed to practice law in MA with at least one full year in practice/experience. ? Salary commensurate with experience. ? Generous paid holidays and vacation policy. ? Our practice is focused on criminal defense matters, covering all of Massachusetts in both State and Federal Courts, as well as occasional cases outside MA in surrounding states. ? Our office is busy, fast paced, with interesting cases. ? The successful candidate will have an opportunity to play an integral role in all aspects of the practice, including client-interactions, court-appearances, and case-prep. ?
