About the Role As a Warehouse Team Member, youll play an essential role in preparing and packaging all orders shipping out to our customers. Youll be part of a supportive, fast-moving team focused on getting orders out quickly, accurately, and up to our quality standards. Well provide on-site training - no prior warehouse experience required, just the right attitude! Schedule: Monday - Friday, daytime hours (no late nights or weekends required) What Were Looking For Our ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and organized, with a love for consistent, process-driven work. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team that values accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Package customer orders with speed and accuracy Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams Help sort and organize received products Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation Ensure quality standards are met on every order What Youll Bring Required: Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs High attention to detail and accuracy Comfort with repetitive tasks and following directions Teamwork mentality, with ability to work independently when needed Basic computer/technology familiarity Skills & Traits We Value Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependability and responsibility Organized in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills Pride in accuracy and quality Takes direction well to ensure the flow of the team Why Join Us?
