Job Description Job Description Job Title: Packaging Technician Job Description The Packaging Technician will be responsible for labeling and packing finished products to ensure efficient operation of the packaging process. This position involves preparing finished products for order fulfillment and completing documentation for sterilization of finished products. The role ensures that the execution of company programs remains consistent with the overall company values. Responsibilities Verify line clearance of packaging area prior to starting packaging operation. Label individual and bulk finished products. Final package finished products in associated boxes with instructions and labels. Complete documentation related to packaging and labeling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of packaging and labeling area. Assist with various projects and other duties as assigned. Quarantine in-process materials based on inspection or test results. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Essential Skills Understanding of manufacturing and labeling process. Material handling expertise. Proficiency in packager, labeling, and label printing software. Good verbal and written communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in warehousing and logistics. Ability to support strategic and operational objectives. High degree of professionalism, maturity, and confidentiality. Capability to follow written and oral instructions. Why Work Here? The role involves working in the Final Packaging department. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mahwah, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
