Job Description:
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing of medical and
environmental products, is seeking a dedicated Production
Compounding Operator to join their team. As a Production
Compounding Operator, you will be an integral part of the
manufacturing process supporting the production of high-quality
products within the Life Sciences sector. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a
commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Compounding
Operator Location: Poestenkill, NY Pay Range: $20/hour Shift:
Morning Shift (5:30am - 2:00pm), Evening Shift (1:30pm - 10:00pm)
What's the Job? Operate specific production machinery such as
milling, oven, and slicing equipment according to the daily
production schedule. Monitor product quality continuously,
communicate issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure
specifications are met. Accurately complete all quality, inventory,
and manufacturing documentation during each shift. Ensure smooth
communication and transition to the next shift by sharing
instructions, issues, and updates. Report equipment or facility
repair needs to maintenance personnel as required and support other
manufacturing areas as needed. What's Needed? Ability to work in a
fast-paced manufacturing environment with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow safety and
quality procedures. Availability to work Monday through Friday
during scheduled shifts. Commitment to adhering to all
Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and procedures. What's
