Job Description:
Our client, a food production company specializing in
traditional Korean fermented foods, is seeking a dedicated
Production Worker/Packer to join their team. As a Production
Worker/Packer, you will be an essential part of the production
department supporting the preparation, fermentation, and packaging
of Kimchi. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability,
adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production
Worker/Packer Location: Hudson, NY Pay Range: $19 Shift:
Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm (or 5:00pm if extra work is needed),
with occasional overtime past 4:00pm. Must stay past 4:00 when
required. First day start time is 9:00am. What's the Job? Prepare
and handle vegetables manually and with cutting machinery for
Kimchi production. Follow recipes and work collaboratively with the
team to produce large batches of product. Operate warehouse
equipment such as pallet jacks and stacking lifts to facilitate
production flow. Maintain all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to
ensure food safety and high-quality standards. Operate and monitor
automated packaging machinery, perform sanitation duties, and
ensure a clean, safe work environment. What's Needed? Ability to
thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to continuous
improvement. Flexibility to multitask and switch tasks quickly as
needed. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a
team. Interest in learning about machinery, food safety, and
production processes. Reliable commute to the Hudson plant. What's
