Our ideal candidate is self-driven, detail oriented, proactive, motivated, and able to beat deadlines and set records. This entry level role will work to ensure that our products maintain the highest of quality and achieving necessary efficiencies. Must be a positive team player of strong morale character to join our team of champions! SHIFT: Monday - Friday 7:00am- 3:30pm NO WEEKENDS! 1st SHIFT PAY: $16/hour *frequent reviews and opportunity for raises BENEFITS 50% discount on product Ability to earn store credit for purchases Health, Dental, Vision available Accident, Illness, Pet and Life insurance available at discounted rates! PTO & PSL OT when available RESPONSIBILITIES Maintaining the upmost cleanliness and organized work environment within the trimming room. Keeping up with Company daily shift quotas Observing all required PPE requirements while trimming Cannabis Effectively remove sugar leaf and stems from product Occasionally assist other departments with harvest trimming Responsible for maintaining quality products Be aware of different strains of cannabis being processed in room, and being mindful of cross contamination Assisting with any other tasks or responsibilities that are assigned to you by the Team Lead and/or Trim Supervisor QUALIFICATIONS No experience necessary Will train the right candidate High School diploma or equivalent required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Must be able to work in an environment with kief in the air.
