Responsibilities of the AP Specialist --- The AP Specialist will be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships and setup of new vendors --- Responsible for daily bank deposit --- Matching, coding, and vouchering invoices --- The AP Specialist will cut checks weekly --- Reconcile all checking, money market and credit card accounts --- Interface directly with customers on overdue invoices and work to resolve any payment issues Preferred Qualifications of the AP Specialist --- AP experience in a high volume environment --- Bachelors in Accounting or equivalent experience
