Certified Mobile Notary Service
(https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking for someone
to fill the position of a Virtual Mortgage Loan Closer to work in
the U.S. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare all closing documents to send to
title. Review Title Commitments, Surveys, and Appraisals to verify
accuracy and consistency of vesting, legal descriptions, etc.
Review Titles for any outstanding liens, judgments, and/or
conditions for any items that may need to be removed or defined on
the title. Prepare documents and closing instructions for various
lenders on loan types including: BOND, VA, FHA, ARM, TXHE, TX A6,
50(f)(2) Conventional, USDA, and Texas Cash Outs. Assemble
documents for delivery to Title Company, real estate broker, or
lending officer for closing. Review, balance, correct, and approve
CDs for all loan types. DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years
of Mortgage Loan Closing and funding document preparation
experience. Multi-state knowledge is a plus! Working knowledge of
TRID and experience CD preparations. Experience in reviewing
titles. ADDITIONAL SKILLS: Knowledge of Encompass. XpressDox,
LendingQB, or IDS. Familiarity with multiple loan operating systems
is a plus! JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer and Internet. PHYSICAL
DEMANDS/CONDITIONS: General office environment. Some lifting and
bending required. PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing
