Hartford office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate transactional associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience in as many of the following areas as possible: mergers and acquisitions, business formation and capitalization, corporate governance, stockholder agreements and LLC operating agreements, corporate restructuring, executive compensation, securities law compliance for private placements and compensatory equity issuances, secured transactions, joint ventures, and negotiated stockholder exits. General knowledge of applicable tax and accounting concepts is required. Should be able to consult with other attorneys on case strategies. Must be admitted to practice law in Connecticut.The candidate must have superior research and writing skills. The ability to think and work independently in a collaborative environment is required.
