Just look up.Are you ready to go beyond?This position leads multiple teams headed by Managers and/or Supervisors, establishing and executing Field Service objectives. Develops tactical and operational plans to ensure quality and consistency in solving complex client issues. Defines and reviews the sourcing strategies to allocate manpower efficiently, and coaches less experienced managers. Owns complex customer agreements, service levels, and the strategy and execution of complex key stakeholder issues. Presents updates to senior stakeholders.Primary Responsibilities: Coordinates, prioritizes and resolves issues encountered by a more experienced team/multiple teams across multiple geographic locations. Defines and reviews the sourcing strategies to allocate manpower efficiently across multiple geographic locations. Advises and guides the process of solving complex escalated issues that would impact the business and provide recommendations for solutions to executive leadership. Possesses strong technical/product knowledge. Quality Issue Management. Contacts key stakeholders to resolve escalated complaints and establish the appropriate improvement plan. Coaches lower-level managers to ensure operational achievements are met. Establishes training and audit/assessment programs to ensure the implementation and effectiveness of internal controls. Owns complex customer agreements and service levels. Owns the strategy and execution of complex key stakeholder issues. Presents updates to senior stakeholders to ensure they are well informed. Performs a variety of duties, including but not limited to servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing equipment. Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications. Manages technical products, services, logistics and provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations to assigned customers. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues and recommends actions to company or customer representatives. Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Acts as local on-site UTC representative to the customer's organization.
