Position Title: Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist
Northeast Region
Based in Hartford, Waterford, Brookfield CT, Albany, Syracuse, Rochester, Elmira NY
Hybrid work environment - remote/in-office
Minimal regional travel
Career Growth Potential: Senior TA, Leadership, and/or HR Partner
Reports to: Regional HR Director and Division Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Talent Acquisition Specialist leads Regional business partners, including Regional Sales and Operations VPs, Directors, and Managers to successfully fill positions across multiple categories and levels including, but not limited to: sales, operations, and distribution. This position will work closely with the Hiring Managers and HR partners to provide both transactional and strategic talent acquisition to fill critical roles expeditiously.

In particular, you will:
Lead and execute full cycle recruiting:
Business Partnership - develop trust and relationships with hiring managers for successful recruitment and hiring process
Marketing - utilize job boards, social media, and other resources to brand the job and Airgas as an employer of choice
Sourcing - identify external candidate pipelines in alignment with each position and geography
Screening - Visual resume and phone screening to match the proper level of qualifications of a candidate to open positions.
Interviewing & Debriefing - coordinate interviews with our hiring teams and conduct effective debriefing sessions to help reach a candidate selection and offer determination and delivery.
Utilization of all recruitment tools included but not limited to Taleo Enterprise (ATS), 3rd party resume databases, proprietary candidate portals, social media channels, and any other external recruitment tools currently being utilized.
Create, develop, and maintain TA best practices for both Division and field recruitment efforts. This will include being held accountable to certain TA metrics and standards along with process improvement initiatives.
Responsible for proactive measures, including talent pipeline development for key positions and geographic markets.
Build and maintain relationships with internal business partners, hiring managers, and leaders across multiple functional areas to ensure their needs are properly addressed including coaching hiring managers on best in class recruitment, interview and hiring practices.

Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor's degree
3 years of prior related recruiting experience, including job marketing/social media, sourcing, screening, and ATS administration for sales and/or operations related positions.
Have demonstrated experience in managing multiple client groups and successfully partnering with leaders and overcoming challenges.
Ability to utilize of TA and HR people resources to support the recruitment cycle.
Approachability, professionalism, high sense of urgency, integrity, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow.
Have advanced knowledge and experience of CRM and ATS tools to ensure recruiting compliance with all state and federal guidance including EEOC and OFCCP, preferably experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, Taleo and/or Workday.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Applications.
May require minimal travel.
Lives by Airgas safety programs, OSHA, and all related rules, regulations, procedures which are applicable to this position's responsibilities.
