Lifeway Mobility, an established leader in the fast-growing home accessibility industry, helps seniors with impaired mobility and individuals with disabilities stay in their homes and remain independent. We're seeking a tech-savvy Service Coordinator -who has excellent Customer Service, is a team player to support customers and assist in managing installation and service projects. Key responsibilities for the Service Coordinator, include the following: - Take calls from customers re: service issues, trouble-shoot if possible, or schedule service call - Create and send invoices, enter payments, and follow up on collections - Request service authorizations from state agencies - Get part prices, estimate labor hours - Order parts and track shipments - Coordinate and pack return parts and verify credits from vendors .

Requirements:
Our ideal Service Coordinator candidate will have the following qualifications: - At least three years' experience in telephone/computer-based customer service - High school diploma - Ability to juggle phone calls and computer tasks - Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and client relationship management (CRM) systems Lifeway Mobility is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
