Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President,
Cross-Enterprise Strategic Innovation (CESI) will be responsible
for independently and adeptly providing diversified executive
administrative support.
Duties are complex in nature and involve access to confidential
information as well as normal administrative activities such as
scheduling calendar appointments, making arrangements for meetings
both inside and outside the company, travel arrangements,
PowerPoint presentations, and coordinating activities across
several departments. This position exercises considerable
discretion and independent judgment and requires the ability to
analyze complex information requests.
The ideal candidate will provide executive administrative support
while working within a team environment, and will assist in
ensuring project management execution. This is a fast-paced
environment and requires a professional who has initiative and
strong judgment; in addition, they should be well-organized,
efficient, and adaptable with a strong work ethic and drive to
collaborate. The executive assistant will be expected to interact
professionally with all levels of internal and external partners
via phone, in person, and email correspondence.
