for you. We're looking for motivated candidates with effective
problem-solving abilities. This Desktop Support Analyst position,
which is a permanent opportunity, is located in the Hartford, CT
area.
Major responsibilities
- Offer your support on a variety of computer hardware and software
issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical
problems
- Support records of daily data communication transactions, issues
and remedial actions taken or installation activities
- Solve computer problems, and implement appropriate
action/solutions
- Maintain, analyze, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers,
and computer peripherals
- Organize hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
- Interface regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
- Supply computer desktop support in accordance with established
policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Ticketing System experience desired
- Strong familiarity with Active Directory
- CompTIA A+ experience preferred
- Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business
correspondence, and general report writing
- Desktop support or related experience
