The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.Salary Range$63,800.00 - $105,300.00Target Openings2What Is the Opportunity?Are you passionate about improving the customer experience? If so, we want to hear from you!In this role, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to create and improve omnichannel customer journeys in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on Marketing Cloud.You will work on a variety of customer communications by developing and executing email and SMS touch points across the customer lifecycle.This position may be based 100% remotely or in one of our offices.Primary Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesServe as the voice of the customer with other business partnersSupport technical development of customer communication solutions, from requirement analysis to deployment of email, SMS, landing pages and push notifications.Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions.Preferred QualificationsEmpathetic, intellectually curious, digitally minded, and customer focused.An eye for design and usability.Enthusiasm for innovative trends in technology and a rich grasp of how they will influence customer behavior.Change agent who has the ability to thrive and quickly adapt to change, leading others through a dynamic, work environment.Experience managing multiple projects at once.Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization with an open, honest and direct communication style that establishes an empathetic and effective relationship with stakeholders.Minimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of customer communication or UX experience.Education, Work Experience & KnowledgeBachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Experience working in ExactTarget or Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder. Experience with Advertising Studio, Audience Studio, Datorama are a plus.
