Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of -8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM local time zone. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.Training will be conducted virtually from your home.*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the success of customer implementation through active participation in meetings for new business wins
  • Prepare plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials
  • Perform structure building, revisions and billing set up
  • Research installation issues and develop customer specific resolutions
  • Audit contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards
  • Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands / fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, and long periods working at a computerYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
    • High school diploma / -GED (or higher)
    • 2+ years of experience with Healthcare claims
    • 2+ years of PBM experience
    • New client implementation or onboarding experience
    • General understanding of plan benefit design
    • Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet creation and formula manipulation)
    • Available to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM local time zone Monday - Friday
    • Ability to travel up to 25% of the timeFull COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role.       • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

      • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet servicePreferred Qualifications:
        • Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
        • 1+ years of experience in Benefit Administration with RxClaim / AS400 platform experience
        • Certified Pharmacy Technician
        • Microsoft Word experience including creating / updating documents
        • Microsoft PowerPoint experience including creating / updating presentations
        • Pharmacy claim knowledge
        • Knowledge of Medicare pharmacy plan regulations and other government pharmacy programsSoft skills:
