Job Description:
A digital customer engagement services company is searching for
a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Self Publishing
Customer Support.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Providing basic customer suppor
Answering about order status, errors, and other queries
Providing very basic tech support following a guideline with
steps
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week and has weekend
availability
Can commit to a minimum of 90 days to the project
Has Zendesk experience (Talk, Chat and Ticket handling)
Can express empathy & match tone in all forms of communication
Can keep up with continuously changing & updating workflows
