Account Executive will work in collaboration with the Producer and
the service team and is responsible for the strategic management of
client's employee benefit plans and objectives. The Account
Executive is also responsible for developing and maintaining
relationships with other internal and external business partners

Responsibilities Please note that the duties below can vary based
on the workflow of your local office. Build and maintain
relationships with clients, carrier partners and internal
team.Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.Support
Producers on client accounts and lead service strategy on accounts
with minimal guidance.Demonstrate proficiency in order to explain
technical analysis with regards to plan renewal, marketing,
budgeting, contribution scenarios.Manage client project plans, lead
client calls and create meeting deliverables through participation
in the meetings.Lead and manage the annual client calendar
including compliance, communication, renewal and marketing
processes for clients.Lead on Open Enrollment Communications and
support client open enrollment meetings.Manage escalated and
complex client issues with minimal guidance.Manage product and
carrier implementations.Coordinate the management of client
technology solutions alongside vendor partners and have basic
knowledge of systems.Responsible for staying abreast of latest
compliance and benefit trends. Ensure accuracy of all client
information and update on-going activity in agency management
system.Assists in workflow review and improvement initiatives.Other
duties as assigned.Local travel may be involved 10% of the time in
this role.Qualifications Bachelor degree preferred; or 5-7 years of
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experienceConnecticut Life and health license
Benefits experience required. Brokerage experience
preferred.Independently manage accounts and support complex
accounts with minimal guidance.Vast understanding of industry
knowledge, problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze
data.Tech savvy; ability to learn multiple systems. Intermediate
skills in Microsoft Office products Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
